Policies & Booking + Other InfoRMATION

How To Book

 

Please read the following as this explains my policy and includes how to book with me.

  • Once understanding this page, you can tap the button below to be directed to my Square Appointments page. From there, you can choose a service from the menu and book a day and time that suits you on any of my available days. Please note, if a day is showing it is not available, it is not available.
  • Some services require a deposit. The deposit policy is below. 
  • If you are unsure of what service to book, please send me an inquiry either below, or message me in the chatbox. 
  • Please note all first-time clients that wish to book any blonding service with me, I require a color consultation & strand test FIRST.

Deposits

 

  • Deposits are required for some services and will be collected electronically through the Square Appointments page below, or Venmo or Zelle.  If I have prompted you to send a deposit, you're all set.  
  • If booking through Square, there is a small processing fee that will not go toward your service but will be collected at time of service.
  • The remaining balance, if any, will be collected at time of service.
  • Until a deposit is sent, you are not booked for the service.
  • $500 non-refundable deposit is required for hair extension services which is applied toward the overall investment. 
  • If we have a conversation and I ask for a deposit, it will be collected at that time. 

Cancellations / No-Show / Runing Late


  • If you cancel within 12 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% of service total. If there is an estimate, you will be charged half of the lowest amount.
  • If you no-show your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service total. If there is an estimate, you will be charged the lowest amount. You will not be rebooked with me after a no-show appointment unless you pay the total service amount in full before your next visit.
  • If you run more than 20 minutes late, you may not receive the full service given the shortened appointment time, or you may not be serviced at all.
  • I understand shit happens! Just please be respectful and communicate with me in a timely manner. 

Service Adjustment

I strive to offer my clients the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut, color, or extensions, I offer a service adjustment period where you are welcome to contact me within seven days of your appointment and I will fix the issue at no additional cost. Please be advised: this is NOT a second session, just an adjustment.  

Refunds

Refunds are not offered on services or product purchases. I am more than happy to adjust services at no cost and exchange retail for something that would better suit your needs if notified within the seven day time frame.

Parking

My salon is located inside Salon Republic in West Hollywood. The address is 8000 W. Sunset Blvd. Bldg. 200 West Hollywood, CA. Please navigate to this location as there is a second Salon Republic on the same street, to please make sure you come to mine! 

Parking is inside our shopping center garage and we offer validation for up to 90 minutes. Please bring your ticket up with you to the second floor to be validated at time of service.

Other Notes!

I do have a mini fridge in my salon full of complimentary beverages. If you have a long appointment with me scheduled, please know you are more than welcome to bring food with you and you can put it in my fridge. We also have a Starbucks, Trader Joe's, Jojos Mediterranean, Wokano and BBQ Chicken in the complex if you would like to purchase from those businesses. You also can Door Dash/Uber Eats to my salon as well. If you're feeling extra generous my Starbucks order is literally anything iced with oatmilk or aone of their tasty snacks. Just throwing that out there.

We have complimentary WiFi in the building which I can set you up with when you arrive, just let me know!
